The Experience

One of Town Center Cold Pressed’s unique ideals is that we provide our customers with a whole health experience utilizing superfoods in a fun and different way than you would think.

Town Center Cold Pressed Introduces:

Kimchi - The Heart of Korean Cuisine
Before ever meeting Chef Mike - we never knew such a delicious substance existed!
If you go into almost any Korean restaurant you’ll find Kimchi on the menu as either a staple to the dish, or a side item!
Known for being spicy and sour - Kimchi is described as one of the top food trends of the last decade, according to google trends, Kimchi started to peak in 2018 as a Superfood! (1)
What exactly IS Kimchi though?
In simple terms, Kimchi is fermented vegetables - and there are hundreds of varieties available!
The ingredients are simple but the preparation is complex - getting the spices and vegetables to blend just right is an art form that Chef Mike and team have perfected over the years.
Kimchi is often a mixture of radish, onion, garlic, and napa cabbage and besides being delicious it packs a punch with its health properties!
We don’t just add it to our food, like our Pacific Rim Warm Bowl for any ole’ reason!
Being chock full of nutrients like vitamins K, C, and B6 - and minerals like calcium, iron, and potassium - Kimchi also boasts amazing probiotic qualities - so it may help with conditions like inflammation, digestive issues, or overall gut health. (1)
